Note: This advisory result from the year 2002 refers to legal regulations and technical standards that are no longer valid. On December 31, 2018, the revised version of the StrlSchV came into effect. With this, § 44 StrlSchV (2001) was replaced by §§ 57 and 58 StrlSchV (2018).
